Invalid charge method

I've been trying for over a year now to have my debit card “charge method” validated and Amazon won't let me pursue that. I've tried on multiple desktops laptops iPhones Samsung's everything. No matter what I try it won't verify or load.

I am a Amazon handmade seller, I sell Native American smudge fans.. there is no product selection that even comes close.. so it makes it difficult to list. it still needs some improving but I think they're on the right track.. I did have to get a hold of customer service to figure a few things out and they were really helpful.

The app is not at all user friendly..this looks more of a POC app done by school students. The app doesn't have proper back arrows, once you are in a page and press back you goes in to a loop. later when you turn the theme to dark mode, most of the text fields and the text content typed inside it becomes invisible. Also regarding the KPI shown on the dashboard is too bad.

Amazon has been stealing my money for the past 5-6 months. they keep charging my account for monthly charges but won't let me sell anything. and my merchandise has been disappearing. there is absolutely no one to talk to about this. I have spoken to an associate and they say they will put the info in a ticket but no one is contacting me to resolve my issues. do NOT invest with Amazon for selling your merchandise unless you don't care about your money
