Really disappointing. Delivery is not reliable. No service in French. They put me in trouble for an event and a party. Even if they refund, I needed these items. Incorrect descriptions

I did not like that they charge more than they say. I wanted to buy something for $25 and plus all the MANDATORY taxes, it ended up being $66. More than double. In conclusion, TERRIBLE, I do not recommend it.

Good application and has provided me with many services several times ☺️ I have been a Prime customer for 10 years this year and frankly I do not regret it at all. The rare times I needed customer service, it was there and did its job perfectly 👌 I did not put 5 stars because it lacks dark mode, which would be a big plus for me. Update 4 years later I removed 3 more stars because still no dark mode while all the big apps have one. I would put 5 stars after

I have been using it for 3 years and I have always had problems with its service, I even have a blocked account just because I wanted to buy high value items and they surely detected it as a hack without being able to confirm that it was me, currently I have problems because of its added customs value that prevents me from consuming.

Terrible service, there is no way to contact someone to resolve issues. I placed an order and it has not been delivered to this day and I have not received a refund. Do not buy anything from this app, it is an endless headache.

Don't use Anazon. I bought two books, I paid with Pix. The status says delivered, but they were not delivered. There is no way to complain or ask for a refund. A mess. The way is to take legal action.

Difficult to enter, send the code to a cell phone that is not mine and it does not give the option of anything. I know the password but I change the cell phone and the verification code does not arrive.

Lately, deliveries are especially slow when paid at convenience stores, ATMs, online banking, or with electronic money! Even if you pay right away, it takes more than a week to be delivered...! It's instant with mobile payments or Paypal, so I wonder what the difference is... I want them to deliver as soon as possible after I pay... Also, the order history display has become difficult to understand. It shows the same whether I've paid or not, and it's particularly confusing that I have to check it every time, so I hope they improve it soon!
