No clear way to cancel membership
I thought canceling subscriptions is supposed to be easy now. How do I cancel???

Fees
They still charge convenience fees even though you are an AMC member if you buy on the app. I will no longer buy online with this app. I will use another movie app company.

What's the point of making app and not adding a contact us tap /button when the app messes up a purchase. Stupidity at a finest

No tickets.
Apple Pay charged money but app returned server error and I did not recieve tickets.

App STOLE MY MONEY!!!
App crashed during checkout process AFTER charging my card via ApplePay, but before issuing movie tickets. Now I'm having to work with my bank to get money back. And app won't successfully process card payments either Thanks AMC, great product.

Buggy?
Got the app so I could buy tickets with it, opened the movie I wanted. BLACK SCREEN. Ok, go to a different movie, BLACK SCREEN. Ok, uninstall the app and reinstall it, nothing changes. Wonderful !
