I wish a regular bank financed my car instead of America First Credit Union. This app is cluttered, invasive and has limited useful information. Absolute pain to make a payment they see ALL of my checking account information including my paycheck deposits and it feels invavsive. Takes almost a week to transfer money for a car payment. They should just have a simple portal to make loan payments, instead they make open this stupid credit union account.

This app sucks!! I Can't make payments on loans extra BS! HAVE TO CALL AGENT WHICH WILL BE RUDE AND UNHELPFUL.

No memo for transfers?
I will change the rating once AFCU adds the option to create a memo on transfers.

This bank is not personable at all in addition to that card guard which they promised protects your card you can't even find it in the app it doesn't exist you have to search and search and scroll and scroll in addition to that if you need help in emergency in the middle of the night they could care less they don't have any help seriously they have all your money and they could care less. I had to call Visa to have them go through the bank and shut my card off in the middle of the night as I was
