Worst app possible

Impossible to book a flight. Navigated away from the app to check something before I booked and the entire itenerary was gone and the price was raised by $50+ for the same flights. Tried to rebook after re-selecting my flights and the screen went blank after I tried to decline buying miles. So frustrating!

Lost luggage

We are receiving mixed messages about our luggage. I just completed a marathon and my medal is in my luggage. This is unnecessary stress on me being caused by AA.

They took our luggage

So disappointed on my last flight they took our luggage without notice. Its not about that its about the time we had to waste to come get them it add 20 to 30 more minutes just for something we didn't request

Mechanical Issues

I have been a loyal American Airlines customer for 20 years. I haven't complained before, as I understand things happen now and then. The past five years of flying American have been almost comical. 1 out of 5 have been successful without an issue with the plane. The most recent might have been the worst yet. Specifically booked the first flight out, to have to deboard the plane because of computer issues. A 7 am departure turned into a 6 pm departure. At LAX. Needless to say connection was missed, and we were delayed getting home by 18 hours with just a shrug and ‘I'm sorry'. Something has to change.
