Nonfunctional

Don't know what the issue is. I try to create an account, it just loads endlessly. I eventually crest one on the website, then go to sign in on the app. Still just loads endlessly.

This app is terrible. It's clunky at best. Example: when you login you have to get a confirmation code from your email, but when you go to your email app on your phone and come back you have to go through the login process all over again... Ad infinitem.

This is the most dog ish app known to mankind. Stevie Wonder could have booked a trip faster with a roladex. I've been processing at the final step of buying my ticket for 47 minutes now and it's still trying to process. No wonder Amtrak ticket sales are declining

Terrible! Cant find my usa rail pass. Trying to book trips is tough, ex: trying to go from Nola to san antonio and the only way to get there is by going north to chicago and then south to san antonio! Ridiculous!
