Amtrak - Latest Quality Issues

As a train watcher this is terrible. Overnight Track Your train with Google maps disappeared and this is the only way to follow the trains. Following the little blue and white arrows I could follow any Amtrak nationwide. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK!! I also follow the California Zephyr, City of New Orleans and the Southwest Chief. How can I do this now?

Poor app redesign
The app still works but the recent redesign has made it much harder to use. It is constantly "loading" and freezing the screen. If the cell service is poor or you are in a tunnel one is simply locked out. On an iPhone 15 pro the top 1/3 of the screen contains little information and blocks the QR code at the bottom for scanning by the conductor. So if you have just boarded and the signal is poor the conductor can't scan your ticket. A few little tweaks could make this a great app for regular Amtrak users again!!!

It does not do much. I can't see a train status unless it's my trip. If I want to see schedules, it opens a browser.

Interface a little wonky. Round-trip rickets sometimes don't show up under "Upcoming" section. Other than that, easy to buy tickets and cancel/edit rides! Support public transit!
