A clunky and complicated application for an already exorbitantly proceed service. Can't get a booking to go through? That's probably cuz they're busy raising the price.

The train was a bit over 4 hours late, but it was difficult to find updated times through the app. It would be helpful if it was more user friendly.

it's kinda slow at least on my phone. It's not very intuitive and when I'm searching for trains or stations having to flip back and forth to figure out what the station number is because that's all you have to pick out your train that you're trying to get information on. Honestly I never fill out these reviews but the more I think about it the less I like the amtrak app.

Each time you sign in the app sends you a verification code. When I go out of the app the retrieve the code it bumps me back to sign in and makes the current code void. I tried to change the settings so that I do not need to sign in via verification code but it doesn't allow me to change that. Very frustrating.
