Yesterday I paid for a subscription, money was withdrawn from the account, I started to post the release, they asked to pay for Pro or Boost. Tech support is an instant bot that does not solve problems, but only asks counter questions that have to be answered not according to your problem. Anyone who reads this if they have encountered a similar problem (payment for a subscription) please answer.

Now they charge to use the free version and take 25% commission on all streams.

This app used to be my go to for uploading music but sadly after a few of their updates I've uninstalled and just went with United Masters instead. Amuse has turned into a company seeking to be greedy by now charging for what was originally free and going from giving you 100% royalties to now taking a 25% split on all streams. Mind you they do now charge to use the app so a 25% cut to them for just doing what they're supposed to do since YOU THE CUSTOMER paid to use their app. I'd recommend to anyone choose United Masters over these guys if you looking to keep your royalties and get more for what you put your money towards. 💯

Initially advertised as free for small artists. 5 years later they are deleting releases arbitrarely, taking 25% commitions, and require payment to publish. The moral of the story is if it's too good to be true, it probably is!

I have been using Amuse for my music distribution, but my account (Rudrshivansh) was recently deactivated due to 'artificial streaming,' which I never engaged in. I have tried contacting support multiple times, but there has been no response. I request Amuse to review my case properly and provide a fair resolution. I'm open to providing any necessary details to clarify this misunderstanding. Please respond and help me restore my account

I highly recommend Amuse, but the app is average. Logs you out often, and it says "get YOU music out there" ..? Feels like the app is an afterthought to a great service.

Terrible system, we paid for the pro feature and it doesn't let us add administrators, we made a release and the mobile app only crashed when we submitted, we contacted support and it took hours to respond, plus their system didn't register the song and no one knows what happened with our release. Look for other options
