Never had an issue up until now.
I've been using Amuse for almost 6 years now. I have never had an issue like the one that I am having right now. My latest release was approved and uploaded with no problems, except for the fact that my YouTube music link on my hyperlink shows somebody else's song from a completely different. This is a huge problem because the hyperlink was used for promotion of my release and now that person has gotten attention from my promotional run. I reached out to support and the first time it was like my messages weren't getting through to them because they closed the conversation before even responding. I have since made a second ticket and it has been over a week now and I still haven't received a Response. I have boost, so I don't understand why it is taking this long for me to get a reply back when you guys claim boost members get a response within 72 hours. Like seriously this just cost me so much and it's like you guys don't care. This is my first major issue with you guys that you haven't fixed in a timely manner. I'm very disappointed.

I can't recommend amuse as a music distributor. The support is extremely long in coming, answers inaccurately and often refers to useless links. The billing took a whole three months, a waiting time that I am not used to from other providers. All stream checks from September to December confirmed that everything was fine. But in March, it was suddenly said that there was a problem, and my account was blocked without the possibility of appealing. In addition, the settlement for March is not to take place until June – completely unacceptable. The switch to Boost or Pro has not brought any improvement either. Other providers work much faster and offer more reliable support. If you want to distribute music professionally, you should look for a better alternative.

I am a 5 year old user and the application has changed a lot for the worse, more complicated to launch premieres, support a little slow, they eliminated premieres I imagine for lack of meta data but there was not much information, I am a little disappointed

This used to be a good platform. Not anymore. They will take releases down at any time it seems at a much later date. So, paying does not make sense to me as someone else stated in a review it's behind a paywall and then to only have songs taken down later. Not a fan. There are better options out there.

Just get DistroKid!
They don't respond when you contact for help and I've tried adding multiple different cover arts, made sure they were all at least 300[hash_id] but it still won't let me add it. Just get Distrokid. (This is my first time ever writing a review in 20years, so that should tell you how fed up wit ts I am🤦🏽♂️.)

I don't understand amuse is this how you treat ur customers ..my subscription not even up to 9 months and is saying my subscription hav expired for what why so ?

It keeps giving me an error that said “user does not exist” when I tried to log in using google. Mind you, I have an account on that app and it keeps showing me the error, no matter how many times I try to login using google, it still shows up an error.
