Incredibly difficult to navigate. The old style list summary of regions seems to have vanished and the entire purpose of the app seems to be to sell you more services. Nightmare stuff

You have to pay for DNA results, monthly fees are so unfair. This feature for DNA didn't have costs before. Now you have to pay to see both parents connections.

App sucks. I had to restart my kit registration 3 times, because everytime I opened a pop-up link to read further info, it did not let me go back without cancelling the registration. Furthermore at the end the app did not let me download the shipping label. The button was not responding. For reference I have a Google pixel 8

I have been a member for a very long time. built my tree and paid for the DNA. However, I can't access anything. It says I have a match and how they think we match, but it won't let me see anything else unless I pay a monthly fee. I already paid for the DNA, and I should be able to have this information without paying more.

I can't change how a family member is related to me anymore like I used too!! I don't understand why this was removed!! Please fix it!! I can't see my family's trees anymore either!!
