Handyman Damaged My Entire Wall Installing a Mirror
Andre Butler big gashes in my wall & baseboard, with small gashes, cuts and black smears everywhere with 4 anchor holes on the each stub left & right. Floor with pink insulation. Dust & debris on floor and chess table. Pictures available along with witnesses and video footage and texts.

We have hired 3 separate companies from Angi.
I've found that the guys we have hired do not have a strong work ethic.. not showing up when they said they would. The only company that seems to really care about the job was the fire place cleaning and maintenance. Trevor and Kurtis.

Very poor customer service
You have to decide to spend an hour at least to get meaningful answers! Never again using this service!

The potential is there for this app but unfortunately it fails to provide any meaningful help. I have used this for two different types of projects and have found at least half of the providers won't even return calls. At least one contractor listed for my area was two hours away and not a reasonable option based on that alone. I have mostly been bombarded with messages from Angi trying to get me to try every other service they offer. Overmarketing is a common problem with many companies.

The pros are not great
I did not have luck with the pros through this app and the customer service just AI generated responses with no substance .

Customer service is horrible. You have been warned. No one showed up for lawn care—Angie will not refund money—-zero stars. Ask to speak with supervisor and the answer is no. Contacted them x 5 over many months—-no refund.

Don’t book anyone from this app
The furniture wasn't assembled completely. First team couldn't finish it and then I realised that they assembled incorrectly and they also threw out some “extra “ parts . Another handyman never arrived Your company ruined my birthday because your employees couldn't do their job correctly and in time
