Instead of providing you with contact info, so you can choose whom you'd like to reach out to, they just send your info out to everyone, so you get blown up at all hours of the day by numbers you don't recognize. The exact opposite of how it would be.

DO NOT USE
I used Angi to find movers. I SPECIFICALLY made sure I unchecked the box so that I was NOT contacted by phone, ONLY by email. Within 15 min of using the app, my phone was blowing up with texts & calls! I would advise just researching services in your area yourself, unless you want to answer all the calls & texts.

Pro cannot be contacted, said they are at my address and was not! With Angi it's next to impossible to get customers support

The only criticism I have is that when I give an address where I need the work to be done, the app still tries to put another address that I may have used previously. That's an issue!

Insane they give your full contact info
I created an account to get pricing for landscaping. Within 15 minutes I get 8 phone calls, three texts, and two emails all from the same company. Contractors should only be given access to message you via the app until you decide otherwise.

Cannot submit requests
We have not been able to complete a request for services or estimates because after entering the description we cannot get the the Next button. This has been an issue for over a year. We have to use the website on our computer. Fix th app

I used Angi to get painters to paint my downstairs area. They came in and we're here about 4 hours and painted but did not do any of the touch-ups, got paint over the baseboards and trim which had already been painted so they didn't even have to do that, put cuts in my hardwood floor that are seriously in need of repaired. I reported both companies, Angi as well as The painting company which was "move in ready" to the better Business bureau. I still have not heard from anyone in over a year.
