problems in essential areas
I have been using the app since I started my studies in 2022 and was initially mostly satisfied. The ability to share flashcard decks is particularly useful for students. However, this functionality creates significant problems for users: Shared decks have to be downloaded again after logging in again, and self-created decks can no longer be edited afterwards. In addition, downloaded decks can no longer be exported. My support requests have so far remained unanswered, which I find disappointing. The app may be sufficient for simple use cases, but given the limitations described, I will look for an alternative.

Good basis, but price-performance ratio is not right
I'm actually happy with the app, but for the price, I'd like to see much better synchronization between devices. GoodNotes can do that much better. Designing the cards, learning, and statistics are great. However, editing them later sometimes gets tricky. And unfortunately, synchronization between individual devices takes a long time - that has to be better for the price!

Eternally long loading times
It's really annoying that, especially during exam periods when you want to use every second to study, you sometimes have to wait 10 minutes for your deck to load... Sometimes it doesn't load at all despite restarting and using the latest version of the app. Very annoying.

Anki Pro
This app isn't good for studying unless you'd like to restrict the progress you make! They make it incredibly annoying with the constant popups begging you to upgrade, and then they limit the amount of cards you can review to 100! It's not enjoyable and I wouldn't recommend. I'd rather use StudyPod.

App forces you to pay about 2 weeks into using if you want unlimited session. Costs more than the official one.

Review doesn’t work
I created a custom deck of a few cards and when i click review the app get stuck forever with a text saying “Loading data” , i tried changing settings and removing cards but it doesn't work. Also I can't select the tags from the list of already created tags when using multiple selection.

Tablet
I am very happy with the application (I have the paid version), very useful and dynamic. But when I open the application on the tablet, the data does not sync and I lose my progress. I also cannot load folders with many cards, when the mobile and computer work perfectly.
