An expensive game

If you park in a place with a license plate reader, you cannot stop parking again, even if the license plate reader has not registered that you have left the parking space. This means that you can end up paying for parking for several days, even if you have not parked there for more than 15 minutes.

I do not recommend

Contact with support is hopeless. The deadline for my complaint has long passed and I still have not received a response. Entry to one of the shopping malls in Katowice charges double fees - both on site and in the application.

Wanting to add a payment method forces a fee of PLN 1 even though the parking fee is not required at the given time (1 hour free of charge)

Not very intuitive. Poor support, or rather none at all, when problems occur. No possibility of emergency session closure so that you can leave in the event of a barrier entry.
