Unsecure…

AppleTV is no longer compatible with VPNs, making it unsafe to use. Avoid connecting to open Wi-Fi networks without a VPN, and if you want to use Apple TV, you have to disable your VPN. Consequently, I've decided to stop using Apple TV.

T mobile plan benifts won’t work

I had added all of my phone numbers to the subscription for Apple TV , but then when I go to log in it says I don't have any subscriptions with the service. Absolute waste

Constantly fails

Rarely can I use this app without it failing to load what I'm watching, I will be partway through a movie or TV show, and it will crash it back to the main screen and say failed to load content. After that, the app will stop working until I do a hard reset of the entire device. This happens about 40% of the time I use it. You think this app of all apps would work flawlessly but Netflix, who doesn't even have an app and I have to use their website works better than Apple TVs actual app. It's infuriating. Fix your app.

Misleading advertising

The app lists several movies and series that are available on other platforms but not on Apple TV. This can cause confusion, leading Google to believe that a movie or series is available in the catalog when in fact it is not. To access the catalog, you have to pay for the service, but when you do, you may find that you cannot find what you are looking for in the app.

Impossible to use

Dude, I really don't understand how they managed to make such a buggy app. It works fine on my phone and I had no problems, but Jesus, when you go to the computer it becomes impossible to use, it logs you out of your account all the time, you can't log in because the button doesn't work, when you go to watch an episode of the series it doesn't take away the options to pause, fast forward or rewind so you can watch it without anything in front of you, or the sound of the episode doesn't come out on my Bluetooth headset FOR SOME REASON I DON'T KNOW, even though all the other sounds on the computer are coming out normally. Very frustrated with the app and I just wanted to see my little break.
