Giving Arby's your phone number is required to use this app. I'm so tired of apps thinking they need this information. No Arby's... You can't call me.

When making an account I have to verify my number and I get the code it just brings me back to the screen that says “save” to you know, complete the verification, if I press the “save” it just sends me another verification code and it's repetitive over and over

Used to work great but suddenly started giving me payment errors in December. This must be an account issue, I get the same issue on multiple cards and phones. I contacted Arby support and never followed up after it allegedly was escalated. The app is literally unusable for me now.

The worst fast food app that I use!! Why can't this app remember the location I go to?... always have to plunk in the same location i use every time I open the app. Not to mention it is sloooow. There's a lot of times it says a certain deal is "not available at this location." They've lost money from me not going there because of their stupid useless app. In my opinion it needs to be totally revamped!! I haven't eaten there since last summer,6 months ago, because of frustrating app.

For some inexplicable reason my order wasn't sent to the store for almost 30 minutes after I placed it. I get there and the place is completely empty in the middle of the afternoon. They couldn't even start making my order, despite my showing it to them, until it "came in". A 20+ minute wait for absolutely no reason. So if you're hungry, just go somewhere else, I guess
