This app is the c Worst ever. I ordered yesterday for today and was charged but no food when I arrived for my food at 11:20 which I requested. Your manager and employees don't think much of this app either

Doesn't work! It's a scam! Waste of time and probably steals and sells your cc info

app never works, constantly gives login error

they do not allow you to cancel an order in the app.

Just as a heads up for anyone using the app, the cancel order button will only refund the delivery charge, nothing else. I'll admit I slipped up and double ordered, but I IMMEDIATELY hit cancel order and was informed the order had already been processed. Not sure what the point of the button is.

too difficult to sign in

Not worth the download. Coupons are online only, but the app never works. It constantly logs me out and then gives me errors to log back in and the few times I haven't been logged out I can't ever order anything because there is always an error with something.

Doesn't let you order without location put in first. Then when you switch between screens it wipes out your order and makes you start the whole process over.

I log in with my email and it prompts me to enter my mobile number. But when I do, it says that number is already in use. And there's no way to contact Arby's for support.
