I am never able to sign in. I get an error that the system is down. Been happening for months now.

A completely useless app! The app offers discounts and deals if you order in thr app. But I tried to place and order and tried to MODIFY the sandwich to my exact request. But the app will not allow me to customize the sandwich and thus negate the purpose of ordering through the app!!! 😞

My local Arby's lost a $40 sale due to your app giving me a hard time logging in! Maybe try not to break your app so keep business

I normally don't write reviews but after trying to order lunch and it took three attempts to pay for the order and it kept saying the app was having issues it finally went through total time about ten minutes

Constantly drops profile information. Won't process credit card storage. Can't place orders. Uninstalling and reinstalling sometimes fixes it for a day. Add QR codes to deals so we can the deals when your pathetic app breaks.

Service is good but normally pretty slow to get your food

This app NEVER WORKS RIGHT! It's taken me an hour to try to order and the "deal" is supposed to be a free classic roast beef sandwich, but when I go to pay, every time, it's full price with no discount. Also the location I'm ordering from says "closes at 12:00am right on the app, yet when I try to order, it says the location is closed!!! This is beyond frustrating! The app worked probably twice...and now I'm so sick of the glitches...I'm uninstalling this app. Worthless and ARBYS is losing so many sales.
