Drive way person gets out of car walks up to front walk way puts package in mail box next to Arlo doorbell.The doorbell didn't record the delivery. Activated zone [address]picks up cars. Then they won't you to sign in every day and some days twice

After updating to the latest version, the videos on the SD card can be downloaded again. Unfortunately, the recordings are not displayed in the feed, but only via the devices, which is extremely cumbersome... totally unsatisfied with these cameras. I'll look for something simpler and better

The new version of the app is crap.. Ridiculously complex UX, counter-intuitive navigation, low-end Chinese apps do better. Maybe it's time to change the security system.

It doesn't allow you to change the sound in the app. It's indistinguishable from any other notification. That's not good in a security app.

Since I updated the app, I keep having issues. Recordings don't happen. Losing Wi-Fi connection for no reason, battery draining faster. I find it's more complicated to schedule recordings since the update. The old system was simpler. I've seen that several people have faced the same problem as me. I'm seriously thinking of changing companies. It's really been a headache since the update
