Can not record without a subscription
You can see and you can set it to call you but you can't set it up for motion detection and recording without a subscription

Poor execution
The idea behind the cameras is good but the app leaves to be desired. Numerous times I get the “camera offline” messages when the base stations show they are connected. Then without any changes in my part everything is back online. Not really something you can rely on.

Great cameras but terrible software
I purchased Arlo Pro 3 three camera system and installed it quickly. Unfortunately, the app is difficult to program and Arlo support has not been helpful. My wife is so frustrated that she wants to ditch Arlo for Ring because Ring is easy to setup.

I wouldn't recommend Arlo camera. I've had a lot of trouble with mine and there customer service is terrible

Sometimes it loads a little to load the image captures but within everything that fits it is very good

When I click on a notification, the live image always comes up instead of the desired recording. I have to go via feed, which is very cumbersome because it doesn't show the current day. In addition, the playback often does not work, no display, you have to try a second time. For the high price you pay, I would like to see a much better app. Would not buy arlo again.

An absolute lull, just don't set up the 2-way authentication. You only have 5 minutes to receive the code, the mail needs at least 10 minutes to arrive. Whole day wasted on it and without result, all that's left is customer service or setting everything up from scratch > Never again arlo!
