It failed to finish several times. I answered all questions then it said the advance notification could not be completed because I was not connected to the Internet. I was the whole time and all other applications worked normally. there is a glitch with the completion portion of your app.

Very buggy. App would not take a photo of our passports no matter what I tried. Took multiple attempts to enter travel information manually.

Buggy login
The current version has a bug, when populating password from password manager it adds a space to the email. Then it fails to login, when you click forgot password it gives an unintuitive error (probably because it doesn't find the account with a padded space at the end). Last 2 arrivals I used the web version of this (using the same apple password manager). Only now I found why the app was not signing in.

Imagine buying ratings
You're gonna tell me this app has 800k reviews and an app that's more popular and widely used such as Uber an Amazon have far less? The Canadian government is an actual joke for buying reviews like this. There's no damn way that this many people rated a tiny little useless app like “arrivecan” 5 stars.

Truthfully 0 stars. But no option. A waste of taxpayers money, seems to have been developed as adjunct to Toys-R-Us dynamic inventory system. Try again later .. much later!!!!

If you are using an iOS 12 device, you can still access ArriveCAN through a web browser on your device: https://arrivecan.cbsa-asfc.cloud-nuage.canada.ca/en/welcome ArriveCAN still contains Advance CBSA Declaration, which allows you to answer customs and immigration questions up to 72 hours in advance of flying into Canada. It is currently available to international air travellers who enter Canada at selected airports. By submitting your customs and immigration information in advance, you will spend less time at a primary inspection kiosk (PIK) or eGate when you arrive at the airport. This contributes to shorter line-ups in arrivals halls. At the border, you will be prompted to scan your travel document at a primary inspection device and confirm your identity. Once your identity has been confirmed, your Advance CBSA Declaration will be retrieved from ArriveCAN for you to review and certify. If changes are required, you can edit and update your declaration prior to certification. Use of the Advance CBSA Declaration feature of ArriveCAN is entirely optional.
