Beginning to see issues
Over the last two weeks the app/ bank network has had some sort of issue that prevents login. One instance happened when I was attempting to verify a marketplace transaction. Very annoying and does not instill confidence. Update I am still unable to login to the app. I have to go to my computer to check balances make transfers. Do not understand this issue. I submit username and password and then it just spins doesn't matter if I'm on Wi-Fi or if I have five bars on cellular data, so infuriating I am contemplating leaving arvest for another banking institution

Regularly have troubles trying to move money around just a fair warning to anybody wanting to use this banking service it is not a banking service

Your mobile check deposit doesn’t even work.
The amount of times that I have tried to use the mobile deposit and it will not accept the PERFECTLY FINE images is insane. Recently, I have tried for the last 3 days to deposit a check and it says I “still have to sign” or “cannot read numbers on check”. It's a perfectly clear image, dark background, literally nothing could be wrong with it. I am unable to make it out to a bank so I just have to have no money in my account when I should, so it really blows. If you rely on mobile banking, choose another bank.

“Unexpected Error” for MONTHS!!!
If I could give this App 1 star for every time it has given me this error… I had been using the app several times a day for years. But all of the sudden it started throwing the “Unexpected Error” at me. I gave it a few weeks thinking there would be an update and it would be fixed. Nope! This has been since at least DECEMBER! It is not a password issue as it lets me login online just fine. I've talked to customer support (back in December), and apparently it was/is a known issue. The man in CS I talked to was amazing, walked me through all of the several “fixes” they were told to offer and that he'd heard fixed it for other people. Alas, not one of them worked and he ended up apologizing and said hopefully they get it fixed soon. I'd been using the website since then (December) and last week decided to give the app another try. Redownloaded it and it let me in (YAY!!) -ONE TIME. That same day when went to use it, it gave me that error AGAIN. I've been trying at least once a day since then and have not been able to get in since that one miraculous time. CAN YOU PLEASE DO AN UPDATE with “bug fixes” and the like?

Needs work
Most of the time I try to use this app now, it says that there's an issue and I can't login. It's very frustrating because I lost my debit card and didn't realize it until I was out of town and needed to pay. I tried to transfer money to my son's account to use his debit card, but I couldn't login. It was embarrassing. I was able to use the internet app and not the Arvest app to login to get it done. I really hope y'all get this fixed. I rarely complain and this has been happening for a few months, but this was my last straw.

My experience with this institution has been less than satisfactory. While it may suit the needs of other customers, I found their services lacking in key areas. Specifically, their customer service response times were consistently slow and unhelpful. This ultimately led me to seek alternative banking options. I would advise potential customers to carefully consider their individual needs before choosing this bank.
