Won’t login
App won't login hasn't worked right for the last couple weeks

WIDGET!!!
Update to add: It's apparent at this point that you have no intention of updating your app to include the widget. Obviously it's a useful feature that many customers loved. Widgets are still a thing so it's completely possible for you to update your app to include it. PLEASE!!! Bring back the widget! Quick view is not a viable replacement for the widget. So many customers are asking for it! We know the iOS update broke it. But how hard is it to rebuild it or just make a new one?! Tons of other apps still have working widgets.

Not sure what has happened but every time I try to use this app I get an unknown error has occurred if continue please call customer service. Which I did and all they could tell me was to change password, DONE, if that didn't work delete app and reinstall that has also been DONE. Phone is up to date and so is app. It is pretty much useless for me.

Never works
This app is great when it works, but I'll say about 70-80% it doesn't ever work. Gives you a message in the login screen about service not available, please try again later. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and that didn't fix the issue.

When it works
The app works roughly 15% of the time for me (fully updated brand new iPhone and app). I have been told multiple times to just wait a few days and try again. The point of a banking app is quick access…

This app literally never works. Every time I try to log in it says an unexpected error occurred. So frustrating.

Not Working
To be honest I loved the app but for the past 2-4 months after a certain update it just doesn't allow me to sign in….I've called the number, redownloaded, reset my password, even connected to local WiFi instead of 5G and nothing…hope they get it fixed at some point
