Ever since they shut it down dec 7 or dec 11 2024 my app hasn't been working

I have never had a issue with the app till recently in the last 2 weeks. I can not even log in. It gives me a spinning connecting circle then times me out saying a connection error has occurred every time I try to use the app

Mobile Deposit Broken?
Very disappointing. But perhaps it isn't due to the app itself but it makes it less than useful.

Can't log in half the time. Some people can log in, and some can't. Something broke in the app over these last few weeks.

Biometrics don't work in tablet mode. More frustrating, screen rotates even when orientation is locked. Be better.

Always glitchy and buggy. It is so annoying when I can't do my banking because the app doesn't want to work.

While seeing the register is nice and being able to move money from one account to another is great. The register is far from real time, sometimes being hours or days behind. Depositing checks is where the app really fails!!! Over the past 20 or so checks I have attempted to deposit, only one has been successful. Otherwise you get a message to call customer service or try again later. If you call customer service, they will tell you to take the check to a branch.
