Very honest supplier!
I found the exercises/presentation of the program not very clear for getting back into shape starting from a level close to zero after several years without sport, initially following an injury. On the other hand, I was reimbursed without any problem upon simple request to support: thank you :)

Hello, I canceled my subscription several months ago but you are trying to charge me the subscription amount. When I wrote to the contact address I was told that there is no account registered at this address which proves that I unsubscribed. Could you do the necessary please???

What a lack of professionalism!!!
The application never worked and no response to my email of April 2024! If I don't follow up myself I find myself completely abandoned. For the reimbursement of the subscription it's a real obstacle course! They find excuses not to reimburse. If they continue I will be reimbursed through legal channels. Incredible! Be careful with this application and its non-existent after-sales service!

Can’t get a refund
I tried to cancel right after my payment came out for this year and they refuse to refund my subscription.

DO NOT GIVE THEM CREDIT CARD INFO! Took 75$ without being on a subscription plan for over a year! I didn't have the app for a year and checked my bank statement to find they robbed me. They would not refund my money or respond to me after a generic email was sent back to me in regards. They did not review my proof of no longer being subscribed to them. JUST DONT!

Impossible to cancel
Unless you plan to be charged $70 annually for another app you don't regularly use and one that takes you longer than a workout to cancel- learn from my mistake and don't sign up.

Deceitful company. They charged me for a second year membership without sending an invoice. I noticed a day later and asked to have my account canceled and refunded. They refused. Even though they charged me even more they originally said it would be when I first subscribed. They make it difficult to cancel on purpose. They claim you have the "web version" when I only ever used the app. So you can't just go into your Google play or apple store to cancel. Do not give them your money.

I think the app is pretty good. Unfortunately none of the training sessions shown on Facebook become reality. I have already asked. Otherwise it's a really good app with sessions that tone and relax the back. I have been a subscriber for over 2 years. So guys, please do something new with a few exercises that you show on Facebook but don't do.
