I wish I could give 0 stars. The app now doesn't load at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, checked to make sure it is the most up to date version. Everything. absolutely appallingly bad - unusable.

The new web-based app is a serious downgrade. It's no longer possible to scroll continuously through items - you have to click from page to page, and to add insult to injury, it takes an absurdly long time to load each page. Clicking "add to basket" may or may not result in the item being added to your basket. There are a multitude of other annoyances, but I've finally been moved to leave this review tonight by the app repeatedly freezing while just trying to complete one shop.

Worst update ever please fix it!!! I have used this app for years, it used to be absolutely fine, since it updated it is soooooo slooooow it reminds me of an old dial up internet modem, and crashes all the time. it's an absolute disaster. The search function doesn't work any more, I can't even find things I know I have bought before, if I didn't have an annual delivery pass there's no way I would use this.

the app doesn't even load now, only a blank page. I don't drive, online shopping is my only means of getting food. You're a multinational conglomerate, sort yourselves out

since updating the app won't load I have reinstalled it several times to no avail I have now given up.
