Not able to sign into the android app but can log into web

This app works great as long as it doesn't decide to sign you out. If I try to log back into my account it gets stuck on a security loading screen and then boots me back to the sign in page.

I've had problem after problem changed my mobile number on the app been on the [phone] times still not sorted. Got money in my christmas pot that I can't spend it needs sorting ASAP

Useless ! Registered on the App then wouldn't sign me in.

Had to change password several times. Got codes then still didn't work. Deleted asda rewards etc . Still didn't work . Now trying to get onto rewards asked to put password in again. Not working . Have messaged you umpteen times and no reply most the time. Fed up.
