Ever since I had to reregerster I can not sign in. I have had emails to say that I'm good to go, but I can't get the app. I have lost almost £30 .Nobody in store or on the phone can help me. So I'm going to give up and go to Tresco Thanks Marion Brown

This has become a totally useless loyalty shopping app this year, from getting £15 a month rewards all of last year to £7 over the last 3 months, I have cashed out and deleted the app. maybe if the milestones become realistic again spend vs reward I might download it again.

it was better before they removed star products. now I get a whopping 25p every 14 times I scan my card. wahoooo. I get coupons completely irrelevant to me and have never used them. if it wasn't for me connecting my blue light card I probably wouldn't bother to use this anymore. I'm not sure how they can it rewards. it's not very rewarding
