On quite a few occasions when I scan the till acknowledges the app. But my points aren't added. Happened with my Xmas shop which was nearly £200. Other times it works as it should. Extremely frustrating.

Stopped working after the update. Have deleted and reinstalled but still unable to access.

Sìgned me out? Asking me to sign in so I press the sign in button and fill in the details but then blocked me 🚫 ? Uninstalled and tried again but the same page shows with an 'object moved here' in very small text top left... press the blue 'here' link and again takes you to a new page saying... You can email the site owner to let them know you were blocked. Please include what you were doing when this page came up and the Cloudflare Ray ID found at the bottom of this page.

Had murder with this app since end of last year in that I could no longer sign in, just got an endless loading loop after entering my creds, so with no help from the app developer or Asda support, I persevered and managed to resolve this myself. Turns out the issue was that I don't use Chrome as my default browser, I use Edge, which by default blocks the opening of external apps from the browser for increased security. This prevents the re-direct to the Asda app after login. Bad design Asda.

After being logged out by Asda (26/2/25) due to 'changing the way you log in ' notice, have tried 4 times, 3 times it kept going back to Login screen, on the 4th attempt it said both email And password were incorrect. They are Both Correct. Come on Asda you have known about this issue for a while it seems. Oh! And not prepared to uninstall/reinstall, change email and password, as a similar thing happened 3years ago and that was a nightmare.

Rubbish app., this wont let me register because my phone is linked to scan and go. What kind of rubbiah IT is this? Anyway the offers are not anywhere as good as other shops.
