This app was working very well till I switched over to a new Android phone with higher Version , from 10 to 14. I had subscribed for Life Membership. The same app is not even opening in the new phone though I ensured that all permissions are given for this app in the Settings and there is a huge storage space available in the new phone. I just cannot figure out how to solve this problem. Any suggestions from anyone please?

Sadly I have to amend this review to one star. I changed my phone and the app no longer works, I am told that it is device specific. So in short you subscribe for a year and has that access unless you change you phone. At this point I cannot even subscribe again. Have emailed but seems they do not like to reply. Unfortunately I would stay away until they fix this. Insane that you cannot change phone.

I have been using the [phone]-Mini model and have encountered a frustrating issue. It does not respond when I type a message. This seriously affects the functionality and user experience. I hope the technical team can address and fix this issue as soon as possible. I would appreciate a prompt response and solution. Thank you!

So it can't retrieve links and is at the 2023 level... whenever I have a question it refers me to Google... that was really a bad buy. I'm very disappointed it can't even retrieve real-time information.
