Missing items and undiscovered credit vouchers
Poor, can't contact anyone at ASOS, missing items all the time and no comms to advise on credit vouchers on my account, therefore lost a lot of money!

I suggest that after each order we are asked to update the address. The last time I ordered and was delivered to the wrong address. I had to go back and get it, a real waste of time

Do not buy from Asos if you are from Greece. There's a single option for return and you need to drive to Koropi to return your item. I don't know when they broke this, it used to not be like that.
