My phone updated and was working on Wednesday and now it wont open7/23/21 i uninstalled it and still not responding annoying I got new phone and this app still won't open help me. 2/16/22 this app is still crashing 😭 downloaded it 5x no respond you all need to seriously fix it I updated my app now I can't get in it 1/15/2025 whts going on

I have been using the app on my mobile phone for years. I was forced to do an update and now can't access any of my account information. Everything keeps circling back to FAQ.

I have been with associates for 25 years they didn't ask if I want this change nor did they give better classes or break it down in increments. I am done. Wi nnm.m i will find away.

The app works well enough for me, with one SUPER-ANNOYING EXCEPTION: it times out after about 15 seconds, so if I'm using it along with the spreadsheet app on my phone, switching back and forth, if I'm not back soon enough, I have to re-login to this app. This is ridiculous, and should be easy to correct. Do so, and it'll get 5 stars.

I live in the USA and I opened my account in this bank, but it does not allow you to install the app on iPhone and it bothers me because it would have to be suitable for any cell phone so so for ravor work on that is very important

When it works it's ok..but so many times it malfunctions and your IT people do not return phone calls..texts or e-mails ..as a result i rarely use associated for any of my banking ot real-estate transactions
