The app is very good, but the bad thing is that the few times I wanted to use the card, it was of no use to me because they rejected it and I don't know why the card doesn't work.

They are scammers, shameless. They scammed me, they never took responsibility for a payment I made that they read my QR code twice and I am complaining about a transfer that was never entered. They screwed me for more than 200 thousand pesos. Don't use it!!!

A very bad virtual wallet, very bad... I do not recommend it at all, one of the worst virtual wallets I have had, I made 3 payments with the application and none of them had any impact... I ended up paying double for each bill, on December 24th I screwed up some money and out of nowhere it disabled me from transferring and look at the date you are and still nothing, I already gave up on that money... The same thing happened to my girlfriend, she made a payment and it had no impact and on top of that the application blocked it out of nowhere... AWFUL VIRTUAL WALLET.

I downloaded it but I was never able to validate my ID, I tried again and it doesn't give me the option to take photos of my ID document again. And so on and so forth, endless "try again" attempts with no chance of validating my identity.

Terrible wallet, it takes more than 24 hours to transfer, it always has some problem. The truth is that this app is very bad and I do not recommend it.

The exchange rates are the best, the bad thing is the waiting time for transfers. It happened to me more than once that I had to transfer money at the moment and it took more than an hour for the money to arrive. If it is for urgent moments, the application is useless, for example, paying the rent and having someone give you the money to pay with pix is frustrating because the renter thinks that you do not want to pay. So several anecdotes, but the exchange rates are the best.

I am having several problems with the app, one of them is that support takes a long time to respond. First, the transfers never arrived, now they arrive but are not reflected in the balance. What does Astro Pay do?
