I really don't like AT&T. It's THE worst customer service and products. I feel sleazy every time I call AT&T, when I go to their offices, and not to mention their app is beyond broken and takes forever just to do any in-app surfing. Horrible company.

I used to be able to play the music in my cloud storage but now it is not doing that.

I'm not sure what I was doing wrong but I kept getting messages saying I wasn't using my cloud enough so they were going to delete everything on it. I don't what to do to keep it.

They retain the right to keep anything you put on their cloud. Not a good cloud service to be using.. Plus, when you cancel service, you lose everything immediately. OneDrive is probably the best option.

SUBSCRIPTION 30 DAY TRIAL: After 30 day trial, your Subscription will automatically renew at the then-prevailing rate (currently min. $4.99/mo. + tax), billed to the payment method on file with your AT&T wireless service account, unless you cancel. If you subscribed through the Apple Store, you will be billed to the payment method on file with your Apple account.
 
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION: You must maintain your AT&T Wireless Service or your Subscription will be canceled.
