What is going on with Direct TV? I pay 200$ a month for service at home..so I can also stream when I working on the road away from home...it has been 3weeks since the streaming app stopped working It logged me out while I was watching it on my tablet..and now even when I try to log In or create new Password it keeps saying something went wrong Even when it shows all steps have green check marks WHY HAS THIS NOT BEEN FIXED.AND WHY CAN'T ANYONE SAY WHAT HAPPENED TO THE STREAMING APP ?

Why do you put shows front and center that are not even available to watch. Make it make sense.

Negative experience. Here are issues and suggestions 1. Lag. 2. Wrong channel plays after delay when selecting channel I'm trying for (happens repeatedly after closing & re-opening). 3a. On screen details do not go away when watching in portrait mode. 3b. Impossible to view full-screen portrait mode (study the YouTube app). 4. No dark mode available. 5. Gaudy layout. 6. Allow in fullscreen: change channels & adjust quality settings. 7. Add picture-in-picture mode. Please hire a new developer.

I gave this 1 star because I'm without service...the representative who handled my account failed to inform me that a payment was to be made few days after starting my NEW SERVICE...Now I'm without service due to lack of communication on the representatives part and I just moved from Optimum to you guys as an upgrade....this is very disappointing and very unacceptable especially for me to be a new customer...

Aggrevating. Getting tired of programs stopping and saying "Trouble loading content". Just fix it, you've had plenty of time. I'm not fooling with messaging on social media. Just tell me what to do in a reply or take care of the issue. You've had plenty other complaints.
