I feel like the membership should allow access to more books... a little disappointed that I have to find another option for the second part of my book. looks like I'll be going the library route more often. nonetheless, I love all the features with the one 1 (1st half of the) book I've listened to.

Misleading subscriptions
I find the renewal information on the profile very confusing. It states that my subscription will renew on March 3, even though this is not a monthly subscription. If the service does not renew on a monthly basis, why does the profile indicate a renewal date? This kind of misleading information can cause unnecessary confusion for subscribers. I reached out for clarification, but the response did not fully address the issue. I believe clearer communication about subscription terms and renewal details would help prevent misunderstandings like this in the future.

It would be 5 stars but the price, I don't have an issue with buying audio books, but a monthly fee to essentially listen to them while driving sucks

Doesn't work well on PCs. No playback speed controls that every other site has. Limited selection by writers I follow. Minimal customer service. Cheap but still disappointing.

Gave this app a try, but after subscribing for a month for nearly $15 and listened to one book, I only then found out that each book from then on would cost an additional $15 on top of the monthly subscription. The credit system is confusing and unnecessary, and additional prices are not stated upfront. If there are better subscription packages, they don't make it easy enough to find. It said I had an additional VIP credit, but couldn't use it and had no idea what that even meant.
