Not working since update
My app did an update recently and since then a connection error occurs and no delivery updates on the app at all

Parcels are taken to a depot 20 minutes out of my way but the Post office closest to me is 5 minutes away from my address. I thought that we paid to have mail delivered to us not travel 15 kms to pick it up then 15 kms back home in peak hour traffic .

Tracking and delivery
Where do I start? I have express delivery overseas that took two weeks with very unreliable tracking despite paying extra for it. Then delivery man who just don't bother to even dropping packages at home instead just send notification that we have to pick up at local post office. Is very very horrible service right through it.

Great for tracking parcels, updates fast and really useful app. sometimes does randomly log you out and need to go through log in process, which is why it's 4/5. otherwise really useful to have if you have lots of parcels to track - sending & receiving as well as the parcel locker codes to retrieve them.

Unacceptable
I am unable to think of a worse App I have downloaded! When opening or checking a tracking number I always get “No internet connection” Yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled three times with no results.

I never receive this package. ive been waiting all day. and my nephew Grady definetly did not sign for it !!!! So where did you deliver my package to and who is the fraudelent person who signed for it..... My nephew also had a parcel supposed to be delivered but never received it but app says it was signed for. where is this delivery driver.
