Useless
If I could sign in to it, I bet it would be really good. But as I cannot sign in or change my password it is absolutely useless. Helpline is worse than useless.

Doesn’t work
Since Aus Post kept redirecting me to the app to track parcels, I decided I had to get the app to find out where my parcels actually were. But the app doesn't work — it keeps redirecting me to the login page — and now I can't track any parcels at all. Nice work, Aus Post!

just plain terrible...delvery person needs to look more carefully for unit buzzer. It was 5cm away from main pad, clearly marked, unit 6. This was a priority delivery...medical urgency

Lack of information
I love to know that my parcel has been received by Aus Post but the for a week no further updates till I receive an notification that it is coming today. Besides that, you guys rock! Thanks

the QR code that I receive to pick up my delivery doesn't work. Customer Service they don't know anything and they don't know why - the staff need training

Feedback crashes in App
Love the App but one thing I have found that Aust Post needs to fix on iOS - if you have Outlook installed and all your email accounts ONLY configured there ; Then the In App feedback option fails and says your device is not configured to send email !!! Please fix AustPost. For such a great app surely you can cater for this scenario.
