Many of the items offered here are of poor quality. You have to buy the right brands and then you won't pay any less than you would elsewhere. Return policies are an absolute joke. Bad service, lots of bad parts = Not recommended!

The app is easy to understand, but you are lied to. The "up to 10% discount" is taken very seriously. In my case it was repeatedly 0%, which I find cheeky because they collect your data for free.

Unfortunately, an order was placed on January 18th, 2025 and to date there has been no delivery. As of January 28th, 2025, after 10 days, an email saying that the order had been cancelled for no reason, with no alternatives and no apology. The help center is just an AI that doesn't help you at all. Unfortunately very disappointing

Terrible product policy. 5 years ago I placed an order and they sent me a piece from a different brand than the one I had chosen, claiming it was to avoid delays. I had not bought from them again, but I decided to give this store a second chance. And they have done the same thing again, even though their website says they have the chosen brand in stock. In short, they send whatever they want (of course, second brands). The app is very nice but in the most important aspects, terrible service.

Package supposedly delivered Saturday 01/25/2025 and you give it in a thousand, nothing has arrived! It's a gimbal and it doesn't fit in the mailbox. Nobody signed anything but the app tells me it's delivered! ?????

TO AVOID!!!! Orders are packaged without protection... The most fragile items in my package were damaged. In addition, Autodoc customer service refuses to refund damaged goods.
