Had stop at autozone tonight. App refused to function. NO rewards member ID code for purchase made tonight. System in store did not find my phone number. Double checked phone number is good. App is not good. O'Reilly has 2 store guess autozone wants me to switch to O'Reillys...

Dark mode support
Great app with nice animations, only thing i'm missing is dark mode, it helps the strain on the eyes when scrolling at night and just looks very modern.

Shady Promotions & Time Thieves
Disappointed with their service and can't say I trust this company. A February 2025 promotion for 20% off orders of $100 would apply to my first order on providing my information. The terms and conditions of Autozone's promotions are vague. I had one item worth over $300 (brakes kit) which falls within the offer of the promotion. However I was notified by a customer service rep that “Certain product categories and types are not eligible for discount.” within their conditions means Autozone can use freely use bait promotional terms with no respect for the customer's needs. This promotion made me to believe I would be receiving a discount, and I was only notified that it was not applicable after spending 1 hour shopping their website in the checkout process. Shady practices, and time thieves.

Bad customer service don’t order online they can’t find your order at the stores
Called customer service because they canceled my order. They can't find my order at the store they say. They say I paid with debit card and it didn't go through. I paid with their gift card not debit and they can't even see that on the computer.

I looked up repair manuals for my car and every choice given was not available in all of the options available - why show me a list of what I'm looking for when I can't get it here? Duh

Supposed to have the same day or never received and still waiting on the money to be put back in my bank

Terrible
So I ordered brake parts, was told I'd get free overnight shipping, then they said 2 day shipping, didn't receive it till 3 days later, no huge deal. Literally within 5 minutes of completing my order I fat a fraudulent scam call from a company pretending to be my bank. OBVIOUSLY autozone sold or made available my number to scammers. I won't ever buy ANYTHING through their app!
