Great App, but PayPal is Down
I kept getting Forbidden error trying to pay with PayPal. Cc works fine though.

I bought a part online with the VIN of my car and I have not received any help to return the part. I called the store where the part came from and they cannot take it into my account to pay for the difference, so from now on I will buy from another store that is not Autozone.

Bad experience
It is disrespectful that they promise delivery and now I have to wait until Monday to receive the items, which due to poor workmanship were not delivered together, I ordered everything together and they sent it separately, it is disrespectful now because of them I will have to lose a day of work to be able to fix my vehicle. I thought that ordering online would be a good experience but no, I will never order anything online again, in the end they only ask for an apology but that will not solve the lost time or the money I will lose by not going to work.

Terrible, had an account with auto zone for over 20 years, can never click on the app and sign in, always tells me to create an account. The app says the store I've chosen has the items I need in stock, when I get there they have to order, app is a waste of time

Ease of access
App works well just hard to find stuff when searching. I typed in oil cooler lines and nothing came up. Had to go to google then type what they had. It was under oil cooling hose

The app is a Great tool to actually look up for parts quickly and search for availability location, however it needs a little bit of work, crashes too much n takes too much time to load or search parts....

Not user-friendly at all
I just came across a merchandise credit card, from Autozone and to try to even get a balance from the mobile app. There is no menu that allows direct access to anything like that. It's a search and destroy mission that has you going searching for the information that should be so simply accessible. I found this while in the Autozone app and was yet instructed that I had to sign in to get the balance on my merchandise credit card. There has got to be a simpler way to do this then jumping through all those hoops ,give us a break!
