Makes me sign in every time and every time that I do, there's always an update makes me feel fishy about who has my information. I do not like it. I will pay off this credit card and remove it from my account

Credit card works fine but when you call the customer service number you get put on hold for 35 minutes and disconnected and nobody ever comes to the phone

I was approved for a card, received the card, tried to activate it online and it wouldn't. So I called and the lady took me through the motions. Months later I tried to use it as I'm overseas and they said I never activated it. Inept company. Said I needed to get a new card sent to me which does me no good as I'm overseas at the moment and needed it now. Strong recommendation to avoid. Go with Capital One.

They are terrible. Do not get this card. They refuse any customer request and they charge crazy fees.

Very unprofessional and lack of concern for customer. I spoke with a expert as they call them and she assisted me in moving my payment date back and a one time payment I had accidentally scheduled trying to push the date back. They updated their online portal and it wouldn't allow me to take back off the one time payment which is why i called and asked to get the experts advice. The lady madea mistake and didn't take it off cause my account to go I'm over draft as this was a unexpected transaction. I was told I couldn't speak with anyone higher up that had any authority of returning my money and I would only have access to contact through email I still haven't heard back from them and I'm still over drafted and they have me scheduled for a 2 nd Payment this month ! This was a horrible experience and the mistake was within the company as I'm no expert and that's why I called but yet I was failed ! Never again ! I've closed the bank account and they can charge the rest to the game my name he'll either way it don't matter ! The lack of caring or even concerns to get me my money back as I expressed I'm a mother of 3 alone and didn't add that into my budget this week and I'd be without ! They didn't care !

Update. After three months of attempting to get my card delivered, management stepped in and quickly rectified the problem. Pain in the neck, all things considered.

I made a payment not too long ago and suddenly there was another charge out of nowhere and it doesn't say anything in my statement so I don't even know what is happening
