Booking on app doesn’t work
Whichever rental place I select, the search always return “Vehicles are limited at this time”. The same search criteria returns the results on Web

Has so many glitches
Please take a look of this app. Sometimes doesn't upload the reservations. It gives me a problem every time Im trying to pick up the car trough the app.

Preferred account
I have been a preferred customer for awhile now it seems that my account has been disabled. All but my basic information is gone and I am no longer a preferred customer!

Trip receipt details on mobile app
It would be nice to easily view receipt of past trip by clicking on it. The trips are listed but not much detail is seen

Horrible
The app is horrible, it used to work just fine and i never had to stop by the booth to get my car. Now it never works anymore - the whole point of being preferred is that you walk straight to the car without having to waste time standing's in line. It's to the point where I am going to take my business to Hertz instead.

Good - Could be better
Using the APP alone is fine. Seeing air-partner reservations is not easily available. Why not? A bit frustrating.

Terrible experience
The app keeps changing the date and time of pickup and dropoff. So I made a reservation and found out it was wrong time after payment. I called customer service and got no humans. I tried to modify my reservation. The app canceled my reservation and I was charged $50 for this stupid app.

Poor function
I have yet to ever have the app functions for “pick your car” or “drop off” work. I was put on hold for 13 minutes the last time only to have someone new get on the line to start helping me all over. After 23 minutes I still could not be given confirmation that I had dropped the car off. I was told to wait 24 hours even though the app was telling me I was going to incur additional charges if I was late with the drop off. Horrible experience.
