Continues to detect me as a bot no matter what
I don't have a vpn, I use my mobile data instead of my WiFi, I clear my cache. I did everything and I'm still not able to purchase my ticket. This is so annoying, I tried on my computer and on my brother phone. And he also has this issue. No matter what I try I always end up with “ are you a real fan? “

Use See Tickets instead
Dreadful customer service with no compassion. Be aware that no matter what your personal circumstances are, they will not let you get a refund or exchange. See Tickets do let you do this and their ticket prices are usually much cheaper.

Even worse than Ticketmaster
Just like Ticketmaster, this is just another platform for ticket scalpers with outrageous fees. Even worse, the filters are lacking and don't even work, so finding a ticket within parameters is a painful endeavor.

Worse than TM. You get two face value tix in your cart and go to check out, suddenly they disappear and relist for $400 more expensive. These people are criminals and should be put in jail for fraudulent activity.

Unbelievable
Called customer service with a question regarding my acct with AXS. She proceeded to tell me “it's not our responsibility to send your tickets”. That wasn't even my question. If that's your customer service AXS, then you have a lot of complaints in your future. What a hot mess!

Super glitchy & prone to issues
This app is good for easy ticket purchases but is prone to glitches and complications when looking up events and going to buy tickets. Not my favorite app for tickets.
