I've check for my tickets and once I search my ticket on axs mobil i.d it doesn't show my barcode that I need to use to enter the event

Just unable to set up an account. Fine until it asks for my phone number in order to send me a text verification code. The text never arrives. Tried voice option but that didn't happen either

Can't even install this app on my Samsung phone. How do I now get the tickets I have paid for. This is rubbish.

I rarely comment bad things about products, but this is by far the worst app I have ever seen. Impossible to create an account. I really hope you guys could find a new solution, new people programmimg it, I dont know. I just wanted to buy some tickets, now I am looking for alternative ways for that. Good luck!

can't access tickets as App is sending 30 sec refresh verification code that'll my phone isn't receiving- so frustrating have just a chat bot generating suggestions- it's rubbish

I hate this kind of ticket. I'd much rather have the paper tickets we always used to have. I too have had trouble with electronic tickets. Apologies, I can't remember if that was for tickets through AXS. I've been to venues where you can't get the app to open, can't even get signal. We had to join a queue to the box office to get tickets printed for a Roger Waters concert ( AO arena Manchester), by the time we got in, we'd missed two or three opening songs. Shouldn't happen. Hate app tickets.
