I've been playing this game for years, literally just reached level 2000 but I still can't unlock the tubes. It says gift boxes can unlock tubes but where can I find these gift boxes?

Okay, this game is a lot of fun! Some of the levels can get a bit tedious, but you can redo moves and watch adds to get another tube. And the more levels you beat, the more colors, making it more challenging. There are basically no bugs from what I've seen, and when you watch adds for tubes and you close the app, the free tube is still there, which is nice! The only annoying thing is that whenever you finish a level, you have to watch an add, and some of the adds are a bit innapropiate! Its very addicting, and I suggest getting it if you are travelling and are bored. And also, when the present gets to 100%,it gives you money, and I don't know what to do with it! Overall, this game is really addicting. Definitely should buy it! (Btw,I'm not a bot, this is just my experience)

Even if there are multiple balls of the same color, it is not convenient to move them several times

I purchased this game because I enjoyed playing but the ads were ridiculous. I don't notice any difference since ad free is a lie. I would like my money back.

Theres this one orange spiral design in my favorite pack that is so annoying! It hurts my head a lot, please change it!! And also, do NOT buy the "No Adds" package. For about $3.00,its not really worth it! Ya, theres no adds when you finish the level, but when you want extra money or another tube, you STILL have to watch adds. I paid for no adds, which means NONE! Or maybe you could just make them shorter, instead of making us watch a 1 minute add. (Can sometimes be more) The game is pretty fun, and I have to plans on deleting it, but if you can stand occasionall ads (unless you buy for none) this is for you. A real time passer! Btw, when you want to redo the level, guess what? More adds! SERIOUSLY?!! I just pressed the redo button and an ad played. I don't completely recommend if you have a short temper, but if don't its not that bad! (Sorry for adding a lot more, I've been trying to fit all the info in this one review)

I bought a new smartphone, but the progress is lost. I even bought anadvertising. I wrote to the developers, they ignore the appeal. I don't know now how to restore my progress in the game?
