Bandcamp | unitQ Score

I downloaded and purchased from this app a few years ago. About two months ago, the app stopped completely working on playing what I had purchased. I tried to email a request for password change all of sudden my account doesn't exist. I reached out for assistance and am still waiting to hear.

What are people smoking with this app? It is terrible. Where do I find the artists I follow? Do I search for them every time? What do the wavy lines even mean? Why can't I find something I was just listening to a minute ago? Why is the CarPlay interface garbage? It goes on. I can't believe people find this to be OK.

Update: Why is it still like this? What a weird, confusing app. The app and the website are so confusing and difficult to use. I don't understand the fan account / artist account thing and the helps don't work, customer service doesn't really help... Can someone please just make this into one app, one website, stop all the confusing nonsense?

The application at startup takes a very long time to load and there is always no video media in the work (there are no album images!)

The only reason why I am having this app is to figure out new artists and supporting them, but God this app is horrible. Bandcamp track send by friends open in the browser not in the app and finding tracks by genres.. Terrible! Also I would like all my tracks play after one another without having to make them a playlist.. The app needs improvement. It's great platform though.

I've had an account for years but can't log in to the app. Reset password doesn't work.

Casting to Chromecast disappeared.

I have always loved this app and find it amazing to find new artists and the artists I love and it gives them a chance to get their music out there with a good profit for themselves, but recently I have had a problem downloading on to my app even though I still have 100 GB of free space on my phone if someone can help me with this I will put my review up to 5 stars.

The bandcamp app isn't good to use to listen to music, which is weird for an app that is for listening to music. Why can't I sort my collection by artist? Why can't I shuffle music by one artist or in one playlist? Why can't I download files to use as ringtones and alarms? I like bandcamp because I want to own files rather than stream, and I want to support artists. But this app is terrible to use. I use it most days, and it's so frustrating.
