Suddenly, a few months ago, the app stopped working. I'll click the app, it'll open for a split second, then immediately close. I have tried clearing cache, storage, and reinstalling. I even got a brand new phone (went from google pixel to a Samsung Galaxy) and the app is still not working. Put in a request with support, and they stopped responding to me.

App used to work perfect and then one day it stopped opening completely. No matter how many times I clear the cache and force or uninstall and reinstall it has stops me from opening the app. Came back today after months of not being able to use it to see if anything changed and now I get an error message that says "your phone not safety". When it worked it was cool.

The Google Play Store says "This app is not available for any of your devices" regarding the Bandsintown Concert app, even though I have a Samsung S10 running Android Version 12.

Stuck on the "build your music DNA" setup. App wont load any artists and there is no skip button. Also on the website there are almost no danish artists, especially not those with æøå in their name.

No way to link to tidal and the lastfm neither works, as it gives an error all the time

Completely hopeless that you have to scroll through all the artists (in the world) to create a profile. Where xxxxxx is "skipped" Once you manage to create a profile and the ticket is used, it will be uninstalled at the next opportunity.

The app no longer opens on my phone and no amount of troubleshooting has fixed the problem.
