Switched to revolut
I had to send some money to another bank account. It took so long to set up and then I was told I was limited to €1,000 per day for new payees. Would have taken me 4 days to pay the full amount. Switched to my revolut account and did it in seconds. Very frustrating.

Huge memory hog
This app clogged up 3GB on my phone. Contacted customer service and was told to delete and reinstall. It's 2025 and a bank app can't dump its cache. Terrible shoddiness.

Ten year old app ux
How the app is still this slow and clunky is a mystery to me. Every tap takes a couple of seconds, making sending a transfer excruciatingly slow and frustrating.

neither my wife or I can go back to the retailer website when we use our app to approve payments. this is really annoying and inconvenient.

decent app but can be glitchy enough when asking you to authorize a payment, when you come back to what you've authorized, the item is gone. sometimes take 6/7 tries to authorize. good app apart from that

there isn't a way to get out of the app when I confirm a transaction. I have to close all windows on phone

Bank of Ireland Mobile Banking allows you to perform your banking 'on the go'.

We’ve now added biometric login for both RoI and UK customers, giving you the option of faster login using your face or fingerprint. We’ve also made several small changes and fixes, including a keypad issue with PIN login on some device types, and displaying the first line of your address within the change of address feature.

What else is new?
•	Consent management dashboard, for your open banking connections to other banks or service providers
•	Don’t recognise a transaction? There’s now a help info link on the transactions screen 
•	We’ve also streamlined our in-app cookie policy
•	We’ve added a number of small fixes and performance improvements
