Getting worse
Too many unexplained declined payments, too many unresolved issues on message system. Going back to old days of having to ring up and being held in a queue for ages

Ads everywhere
Constant spam within app. This app is slow and ugly.

Very unstable
Unstable app. When paying in a cheque, the camera doesn't recognise the cheque. Then it crashes when saying use portrait mode.

Useless
I've been trying for hours to receive a money transfer but it keeps refusing it on the senders side, but yet it keeps on asking me to make a chil and pin payment to start using the card in shops and the likes, how am i meant to do that when it won't even accept money going into my account, it's frustrating.

Stop bombarding with your offers
The app is very annoying because every single time you sign in to it you are bombard customers with offers and no way of offering customers like me who have delt with yourselves for over 14 years a current account Please stop this it's like you are desperate for business

P*xy promotions
*FURTHER UPDATE * Just did the latest update hoping that the annoying pop up ads would be resolved and guess what they haven't, they are still there and it's impossible to turn the damn things off…. SORT IT OUT BARCLAYS 😡 *** UPDATE*** I've been contacted by the app developer with a suggestion to turn off the offers but it doesn't work, I'm still getting offers even though I've toggled everything off. I hate online banking and would much rather go to my local bank but that's impossible because Barclays has shut them all down 😡. Why all the promotion messages at the bottom of the app page, so damn annoying 😡
