The only reason why I have this app is to pay my bill. It never remembers my login settings and is just a pain to use.

All actions on the app seem to send you to the website which sends you back to the app. Can't do anything on mobile besides look at your balance.

I don't understand why I can't access my account, I have called your bank several times but the issue has not been resolved. I wished now I did not open this account at all. Why can't I access my account. I am reading reviews and feeling extremely sad. Please kindly let me access my account so I can close it, since you can't fix what is wrong with it.

Not a fan

I'm not a fan of the forced change from my other Barclays app to this one. I had a six-digit pin on the other one. This one forced me back to a password. AND I have to type it in EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Even more annoying is that I have several savings accounts, all with nicknames to tell me what account is which. On the previous app, it allowed me to see the nicknames instead of the account numbers on the main screen. This one makes me click into the account to find the nickname. Beyond annoying because it also doesn't let me switch between the accounts without going back to the main screen. The old app not only showed me the nicknames so I could check specific balances with a quick glance but I could ALSO toggle between the accounts without going back to the main screen. As stated, I am NOT A FAN. I'm having a difficult time even giving it one star right now.

Could be more adaptable

I like that there's an easy way to pay online but it only connects to your bank account not bank card. I also was provided with this app after my bill was due.
