Doesn’t show payment just made

When you make a payment it needs to show it has been paid or paid pending. You submit payment and it continues to show the same balance due until it clears the back. The American Express app reflects the payment and notifies you immediately. Poor design.

App can be more user friendly

When you log in, can you please allow better tell which savings account is which. Right now it does display the account nickname and it's confusing when you have a couple of savings accounts

I'm answer to developer, this is a brand new download... Something isn't working with the biometrics. I get logged in and it states I can now use biometrics but the next login attempt it keeps saying due to a change in Android I'll need to log in with password. I have been able to repeat this several times in just a 30 min window so can confirm there is nothing wrong on Android. Including the fact biometrics is still working for other accounts. Please fix. Thanks

Worst app EVER!!!

Good card but the mobile app is HORRIBLE !!! App worked ok until last update. I would get instant alerts on my phone whenever I used my card but now I get them 2 or 3 hours later if I get them at all. So if someone used my card without me knowing I wouldn't know about it for hours if not days. Hate to tell you Barclay but Capital one's app is way way better than yours.

Old app was better

Bring back the old App. This version is hard to use. You cannot hide closed accounts. You cannot access any other functions or messages. When you click on accounts, it routes you to a page that looks like the website. So the app is no better than a poor version of the website.

app refused to let my put any payment information in. then they call wanting payment and a late fee. there card is not worth the headache. plus there customer service sounds exactly like every scam call I have ever received. still wondering if they are a scam.
