the security questions to verify my identity is creepy and wrong.very frustrating experiences. the stupid Barclays app asked me questions about three addresses which I have no idea. and then blocked my access. needed to call them to unblock my access. this is a concern that this bank is using wrong PII to verify user's identity. very problematic.

Removed accounts after consolidation?!

I got a notice the app would be consolidating all account types. Well, all it's done is remove the accounts I used the app for, with no apparent way to add them back.

Edit: Did what the response told me to do and contacted them as I was asked to do. They were oblivious and not sure why I reached out to them. Skip this horrible app and just go through the website. Lost another star because of this fiasco. App doesn't let me take photos of checks to deposit. Android 14 operating system.

New app doesn’t work

After the new app was launched, it took multiple tries to get it set up and logged in. It finally worked and now it's back to not working at all. Total piece of junk. Should've left it the way it was.
