Disappointment falls short
Absolute waste of time. You're in a workout with the app's tracking and suddenly it restarts. It only serves to enter the gym and to give a spring touch to the menu of your mobile with a rather successful papaya orange.

Beware of supposedly without permanence. Now they don't let me unsubscribe for a year, when I hired it also said that I can unsubscribe whenever I want. Now I can't go because of work and they steal 30€ every month...

Canceling is impossible via the app. Telephone contact is not possible and the chatbot can only tell me to cancel via the app.

Be careful even with the cancellation on the app they continue to charge and if you block withdrawals, they put us in debt. After several messages between basic fit and me, they ended up cancelling the debt.
