Good app useless at forecasting

The app itself is good, really easy to use, quite detailed in what you can see. However the forecasts are in some cases completely the opposite of what is actually happening and what other apps are forecasting. Apple's own weather app or AccuWeather are much more accurate in that respect.

The app has been good until now. I can't delete locations, something I was able to do previously. It just says 'remove a location is currently unavailable ' So now full of locations!!

Cannot remove the app

This is typical of an app ultimately designed to steal data from its users. My teenage (12) daughter asked for this app to be installed on her phone. Next she is forced to register and provide personal details, I refused and want to delete this app from her phone. But the app cannot be deleted, impossible to get rid of this, also checked settings upon install the apps forces all sort settings misappropriating itself access to the phone resources. We are talking about the phone of a 12 year old this is unacceptable! Another of the many failures of the BBC to protect the public.
