They deserve 0 stars or negative stars.
Bodi is an unethical and predatory company. Do not sign up for anything with them, especially a subscription, because you'll never see your money again. I just got a charge for a subscription on my credit card for an account I didn't even know existed. I am now being charged $179 for a subscription starting in January as well as $179 I already paid in June. There is no way to speak to a real human being to explain issues as they have no phone number anymore. You can't have a Beachbody coach help you because they don't have coaches anymore. The only way you can get “help” is if you use their chat feature which is terrible. The chat agents are rude and not helpful and just text off a script. They also end the chat abruptly without checking to see if they've solved your problem. The only solution the chat agent had was to give me a link to a form to fill out pleading my case for them to refund my money. I spent an hour putting all the info together and then sent it in. Several days later got an email essentially saying “too bad. You have two accounts and we're charging you twice and that's that”. The email ended with a charming “a reminder, this decision is final and there is no additional recourse. Our agents do not have any additional information regarding this decision.” Basically, they've got your money now and there is no way to actually contact anyone to get it back. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious. If you don't want to be cheated out of your money, do not sign up for anything that Bodi is selling. Truly the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced from a company ever. I want my money back Bodi.

Unreliable
Great workouts IF you can get the app to load. Spins and spins and eventually I just switch to Nike or Les Mills.

Beach Body offers good overpriced workouts, but it's become too expensive and hard to afford. It would be great if they made it more affordable and removed the nutrition coach, as they are terrible and do not do a good job. There's definitely room for improvement in making the service more accessible and enhancing the quality of the nutrition coaching

Buggy app. Great content
About 20% of the time when kicking off the workout from my iPhone Airplayed to the AppleTV, the workout fails to start on my Watch or crashes out in the middle thus leaving me without any heart rate data. The TV continues playing properly such that I don't notice until the end.

Overpriced for Buggy Tech
Watch app is atrocious. Main app can be quite annoying. Pretty expensive for buggy tech.

The app is great. The customer service is terrible. It's nearly impossible to speak to a person. I forgot to cancel my renewal and ended up canceling only days after the renewal hit my account. My plan was to just cancel temporarily, but they refused to refund my renewal even so close to the day. Now I won't ever go back to them. Terrible company.
