After a recent update my leaderboard has been locked. It has been this way for almost two weeks. I need help,

Suggestion
So I've been playing this for multiple years I actually have completed every level and started over I have never, and I mean never have gotten a jackpot from playing special gems, right now I probably have 300+ gems/boosts whatever saved up and probably wont get more than 35k, random is one thing but this feels fixed Its not like its real money

Problems
Every so often you click on the app and it closes you out. The longest it has done is about a day to a day in a half and you miss out on the bonuses that's due to expire on that day

The gameplay is awesome, it's the reason that I'm playing Bejeweled Blitz almost 3 years already. But I give only 3 stars, because last months there are too many problems with the server, and too many push-ads in the game (how can I get rid of these ads??). But for the gameplay and the rare gems, I give 5 stars, I like them! 😊
