Doesn’t work in store
The price scanner or app does not work inside the store. Even the sales associates agree that it doesn't work. It would be great if it did.

Unable to use the app at all
Every time I tried to use the app or add to my cart it just spins then after 3-4 minutes of spinning it says “Hook Execution Error “

Occasionally the app has trouble recognizing the price tags in store. But I enjoy having it.

Do not agree with the rewards!!
I have been a customer of Belk for over 10 yrs and I have never been able to even reach the Belk rewards to be able to use. I shop Belk quite frequently. Actually the only retail store I prefer to have a credit card. The rewards are just not benefiting me. No matter how much I spend.

The app won't let me review my bag . It keeps kicking me out of the app when I hit bag button . I have used this app many times in the past . Now for Christmas can't order through the app .
