Recently it has stopped working. I can shop, but can't buy because it will not open my cart. It kicks me out every time. I reinstalled and still same issue!! Very aggravating!!

Belk App Review
Worst app I ever used. Does not let me put my home address in for billing or shipping. Keeps defaulting to three other addresses on my street but not my own. Amazon here I come.

I've repeatedly tried to make a purchase and select the Pickup option instead of shipping, but the app won't recognize my selection and keeps charging me the $10 shipping fee, even though I've tried multiple times. The app is clunky & is not intuitive. Constantly crashes too. I dread using this app.

Please get rid of the "ai shopping assistant button". Very annoying when scrolling and viewing items. Blocks part of the image.

Declined card constantly
If the next time I try to use my Belk card it's says Denied after I pay extra money every single month on it.. I will transfer balance to another card and cancel the card. I will no longer be a Belk client
