DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY! Local Best Buy sends items out using questionable delivery partners that either deliver to the wrong address, or just keep the items they are supposed to deliver! Walmart and Domino's have more reliable delivery drivers! What a rip-off! And now, I have to wait for the delivery failure to be reviewed before BB gives me a refund! What a scam!

I love Best Buy but the app performance is atrocious and I'm not the only one. Takes forever to load and mu battery gets real hot and drains quickly after only a few minutes of use. Have tried getting a time sensitive waitlist product throuhh the app and it never loads, always have to switch to a brownser. Samsung S24 Ultra. Switching to just using the web version.

it runs slow as molasses and can be extremely finicky at times but it does get the job done. kind of sort of. they really need to optimize the app. I have a modern device and it runs like molasses.
