The current score is difficult to understand. There are points when paying with points deducted, then added again, then deducted again. Also, you can't click back when booking via the app, then you're immediately back at the beginning and start searching again, very annoying. Also, it is not easy to see if breakfast is included and if not, it cannot be added. So the app hasn't gotten better after updates, rather worse.

Poor app
Poor app for reservations, no auto fill capabilities. I am unable to sign in to my existing account. This is an on going problem.

Ive had this app a long time and it's always been slow and buggy, now it signed me out and I can't sign back in, web version is fine

I think Best Western's policy is very questionable for at least two reasons. The first relates to the fact that when I booked the room with the points system they asked me for my credit card details although I did not have to pay but only use a small part accumulated The second reason relates to the fact that I have to pay for breakfast myself. This choice also seems to me typical of a migratory logic that does not give prestige to the reputation of the structure in question.

Hotel maps
Unless I'm missing something, I would hope you would add maps for a selected hotels. I'm having to jump between Bestwestern webpage and Google maps to figure out where the hotel is.

Instability and slowness. A pain to use. I don't understand how such a strong and well-known brand doesn't invest in its apps and website. How much loss of earnings for the group with disappointed users who use other booking platforms or competitors' apps?
