Very annoying when it comes to logging in. finger print will work for about 5-9 logins and then it will force you to manually enter a password. on top of that the odds/payouts are worse than other betting apps. when I had another app I had won a lot more too. This apps suggested bets or even what they allow you to buy on is only bets where you lose. I know that it favors the house when gambling but you have little to not shot winning on this app. SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT DOWNLOAD. WOULD 0 STAR

Like others, I am having issues logging in. I get stuck in an endless loop and need to force close the game to get in. This app is more glitchy than any other sports betting app. If it wasn't for the promotions I wouldn't moved on a long time ago.

so far, after trying to get a 25.00 sine up bonus nothing has happened it keeps taking me over the river and through the woods and I still never get to the $25 bonus!!!! it seems as though with this being MGM it would be more credible! and more customer friendly and reliable! truthful! is everything in the world now out to take your money! they can't even give you the $25 sign up bonus as advertised misinformation misrepresentation misinformed!! MONSTROSITY 👎🤬💩

Easily the worst Sportsbook app
This is an awful app. I regularly see promos offered in app, then when I select one it says I'm ineligible, then when I ask customer service they say the app is faulty and I should only trust emailed promos. Then two days ago I got an email about an anniversary promo of points that would translate to a bonus bet, and when I logged into today they were gone and I was told by customer service that the email system sends those out, not betmgm, and since I hadn't bet in 3 months (cause the app is bad and none of the promos work) the anniversary promo was deleted. This is truly the worst Sportsbook app.

This app sucks! It takes at least 5 attempts to log in. It crashes while I'm trying to make a bet. Sometimes I can't make parlay bets. Very frustrating.

Don't trust MGM! I Signed up and got a $25 bonus, played Texas hold em, won over $40. My bonus was gone by then so I went to withdraw my winnings. It told me I had to deposit money first so it had a source to withdraw to. So I deposited the minimum of $10 & that $10 immediately went to my bonus money, not to my main account, which is withdrawable. When I tried making a withdrawal it said I had to go to MGM in Detroit! I was lied to by MGM about making a deposit in order to make a withdrawal!
