Update shows quicker or give us access to the regular Bet app also

It takes forever to get new seasons added to the app. Season 8 of Sistas is now over. Put it on the App! House of Payne new episodes are on.. put it on the app! If you can't update the app frequently, my BET+ login should allow me access to regular Bet website/app

All of a sudden I can't watch the app on my TV or Fire stick like I've been doing I can only watch it on my phone and when I contact customer service they tell me that I have to subscribe to a higher package when the lower package the essential was doing fine up until recently, needless to say I will not be using this app on my phone, TV or anywhere else, this app was great before but now it's just a disappointment.

App Not working

The Madea plays are not working on neither of the app on my cell phone or on my Roku TV and I'm not sure why after checking for updates uninstalling and reinstalling.

Awful App

App is so glitchy. Also have to go back to app in full screen when ads play when you're watching a show or movie on PIP. So annoying/
