Paying for shows that I can't watch due to error message saying “Sorry, this video is not found or no longer available due to date or rights restrictions.

I don't understand how I could be paying for the Amazon add on for bet plus at $10.99 but I still don't have access to the full show , I was watching sisters which I loved very much but when season 7 came up I was asked for an additional charge, not to mention the bet plus app doesn't even go past season 6 ! WHAT!?

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL THIS SUBSCRIPTION FOR MONTHS AND IT CONTINUES TO TRY AND REMOVE FUNDS FROM MY CARD WHICH I REMOVED AS A PAYMENT OPTION FOR THIS APP. I AM NOT ASKING FOR A REFUND FOR ANY PASS SERVICES, I SIMPLY WANT TO CANCEL THIS SUBSCRIPTION.

Fix the password reset

This app is annoying. The shows are great but the app it self and systems do not work. It's so difficult to change your password and it never sends the email for the password reset. So now I'm locked out of my accounts and can't reset my password either.
