Don't be fooled. Even when you buy chips you lose just as quick. When I started buying $249.99 packages every few weeks. I hit better odds but NO JACKPOSTS. Owner's live in Australia. America, is the majority that play BFC. They do let their Employees, (that work in main office in Washington State) play in same room as we do. My opinion: rigged big time

I used to enjoy playing this game but it has become a frequent occurrence to be cheated out of earning points, or tricked into betting the max when it is your intention to bet much less. For example in Treasure Trove Cove when you get three or more “booty” chests you pick an island and win chips. If you pick the island with the Pirate you get a much bigger value of points dependent on your original bet and the number of “booty” chests you got. There are six islands to choose from and usually you don't find the Pirate right away; you have to win the chance to pick an island four or five times before you find the Pirate's island. If you haven't found the Pirate by the fifth time, the only island left is the Pirate's booty which is several times larger than the other islands. I increase my bet to get a larger booty. However recently, Big Fish has cheated me of the chance to find the Pirate's Booty several. When five islands have been selected; and the Pirate's Stash should be the only one left, instead of getting the Pirate's island, all six islands appear and the quest starts over. Without the opportunity to win the Pirate's Stash, this game is a losing proposition. I often multi task and my game is set on auto. I have gone from a billion chips to 300,000 chips because Big Fish froze the screen and didn't allow me to reduce the bet. And because my attention was elsewhere I didn't notice for several spins. O.k. that's on me, but freezing the ability to reduce the bet is just plain sneaky. I get that Big Fish wants me to spend my hard earned cash to buy points but in the spirit of not spending money on “free” game apps I will not! When Big Fish freezes my screen I do check the network and I try other games which run fine. The only game that freezes up is the game where I am winning.

I only play the slots, I don't socialize on there, but it shows today my account was banned. I've never been banned from anything. I'm clueless to this one.

I got my account banned an i wasn't even doing anything or had any friends. I'm going report them. They will take your money even if you spend 10 bucks an ban your account so you can't use the chips you will buy.
