Unable to pay rent
Unable to pay rent. “Something went wrong” error coming every time I click on “next” after providing landlord's name through Rent by check option. Bilt version 4.37.0version does not work I have called customer service multiple times with no resolution. They communicated that they will track this issue through email however no mail is being received

Buggy app - with every update sometime new is broken. This time I am not able to book hotels - map view doesn't load.

Needs betted UX
LOVE the service but this review is for the app. It is so wordy, hard to navigate. The UX needs a complete rehaul. Need to be clean and easy to carry out the basic minimum functions. Took so much time to figure our where to go to pay the card itself.

They change their app layout all the time, and every time it just gets worse. It's impossible to find anything anymore! Please finally stop making changes to the app!

The UI is horrendous, at least on my device. It is extremely slow to load. Pressing on features won't even load them. Some features will be flashing, making it impossible to click on them. Attempting to simply scroll down is ridiculously difficult. There are unnecessary updates practically every single day. Refreshing the app, clearing cache, uninstalling, etc. does absolutely nothing to solve these issues. Other apps perform perfectly fine.

Constant updating, probably just to upload their useless videos with "celebrities". Monthly contest never works, it always freezes or bugs when you try to do it. Full of ads.
