nice to have payments itemized for understanding. payments are easy to make. but app in general lags. for the chance to win free rent, the app just gets stuck on the load screen and when I try hours or days later and it finally works, it is slow and laggy when the videos play. I'm grateful for the chance to play, but since I started using the app in December, it's been a headache to play the chance.

This is seriously the most poorly designed financial app I have ever used. It's sad that there are no other competitors to the bilt card for rent payment, otherwise I would be gone in a heartbeat. The amount of clutter in this app is absolutely insane. Between the irrelevant marketing campaigns, unintuitive UI, hiding basic info, they make it almost impossible to find what you're looking for. The worst part is that Bilt makes it almost mandatory to use this app for monthly rent authorization

What's the point of having or accruing points, if whenever you go to use them, the system doesn't recognize your account & tries to force you to reregister your address only to say it isn't the correct address (I promise you, it is). I could've saved $15 on my rent this month from the points I accrued, had the system allowed me to. Instead I got these dumb error messages & a retarded AI chat telling me to do unnecessary things that only further complicated the issue. I ended up paying full price

it was not clear how I can use the new routing and account numbers today my rent, I had to change it after my auto pay date ie 27th of each month but I had delay in payment because thus month I had to try to update my new account and routing which was invalid entry after multiple trials until now I do not know if I paid mycrent which was due in the 27th of March , I processed it manually on the 30th of March and it was not processed, I tried today on the 31st and until it is processing, may not!

I just did an update and now the app doesn't work! Fix this app! Rent is due tomorrow. Btw, the website isn't working either!

This app is actually terrible. while the benefits of the card is good, the ability to navigate this app is ridiculously complex. There is a mandatory update every 2-3 weeks, which makes the app even worse. it regularly logs you out, and when it does, there is no way to contact support, as the only support is a chat through your account, and the chat will never connect you to a live agent. If there was any other choice for using the card and rent benefits I would take that choice over this app.
