Unfortunately, it is not possible to give 0 stars. The app works as they please, it does not unlock the skates immediately but the payment starts... and then you finish the ride, most of the time it does not lock and then the payment continues. Horrible app, even worse assistance. Not recommended. And I add, crap, crap, crap, do not download it.

RIP OFF!
Could not park it for 10 Minutes even if I was in a parking spot! Trash! Also not possible to use the internal Support of the app! DO NOT USE IT

Biggest scam
I couldn't park anywhere, the time kept passing, and I had to pay more and more money. I had to drive all the way back to where I came from, park and walk. Never again!!!

Unable to use scooter
There was a location to pick up electric scooters at 6th and veteran way in Phoenix Arizona dispite to scooters being located there I was unable to use it due to it being out of riding range

I was charged double, hidden and high fees. There is no assistance from people, and if you ask for assistance they charge you more and a bot answers you. The charging of the scooter is fake. I used 1 of 3 that I tried to use and they work fine.

It does not allow you to end trips, charging an extra fee for time of use.

cant sign in
when every i try and log in it says forbidden i tried everything i downloaded it and deleted it i updated it i use different gmails i used yahoo i used my apple id i have tried everything please help

Very poorly programmed
I rented a Bird scooter on October 14th to get to the train station in just 7 minutes. Unfortunately, due to problems with the app, I was unable to park the scooter, even in the designated parking zones. This extended my journey from the planned 5-7 minutes to a full 1 hour and 6 minutes. In the end, I had to pay an exorbitant 25.74 euros for it, which I find incredibly high. This experience was very frustrating and I unfortunately cannot recommend the service as it is.
