Bicycles do not work
I tried a scooter and it had no battery, I walked 10 seconds and stopped, I tried a second one and the same thing happened. I tried to put it in the same place, marked as a bicycle park and where there were 10 other similar scooters, and the app said that the place was not an accepted park. I went around looking for the nearest park and ended up returning to the same park and the app ended up accepting. I finally activated a third scooter that was walking but after 5 minutes it started to lose power as if it had run out of battery! They charged money all three times. I would have arrived faster and for less money if I had gone by uber!

QR Code didn't scan at first. Had to restart the app. Otherwise, it was quick and easy to get signed up and add an additional rider.

Always in trouble
In 2024 I had already promised myself never to use it again. I gave it a second chance today because there were no options and soon regretted it. None worked, and as I was in group mode, it took me several minutes to test others and finish them all. When I enter the help center, it already suggests the topic "refund" that when clicked, does not list anything. Even giving it a star and checking the "it doesn't work" option in the options, I'm still charged. Bad service.

terrible. app charges you for not even being on one. vehicles are all damaged and unsafe. 5 of us rented these together and we all had problems. one Tire blew out, mine charged me for a scooter I wasn't on and one had faulty brakes, another had no headlight another had a broken throttle.

Worst scooter service
After making the request for the pass in conjunction with atac, the company decided to ban many users permanently without having any way to use the service, even for a fee. The accusations were incorrect parking and double access in the same device, the strange and curious thing is that the same email and the same accusations were reported to other users in order to ban and not offer the service that the municipality gives available to citizens who pay the annual subscription, only this is shameful. Last thing the worst support service, after the ban I sent an email for explanations but after the ban they stopped answering emails so there is no way or even to get explanations.

Didn’t work and didn’t give me a refund
I would highly recommend another brand as for my ride didn't go well. i bought 2 birds one for me and one for my friend and that's the money i had in my account enough for 2. unfortunately mine never started it turn red on but never kicked on so i went back to the bird “parking lot” thing and canceled the ride and bought another one. then that one stopped in the middle of the road on me because i didnt have the money in my account for that third one and it has already charged me for the 2 so i was stranded 30 minutes away from my hotel. when i called in asking for a refund on the one that didn't work they said they could not give it to me. awful experience and did. it want to work with me at all on giving me a refund.

Don't trust it, don't install the app, It is a scam. 35 AED were withdrawn from my card, and my trip only cost 16 AED. The money not returned to me even after contacting customer service. I do not recommend it. Be careful, it steals your account numbers. I will report this to the UAE Consumer Protection Police and file a complaint so that no one is defrauded again.

it's only convenient if you live in a certain area otherwise they are never around they don't park them at the designated areas it takes them months to put any at them they are there once and then the cycle repeats so if you don't live where the condensed part of town the app just takes up space
