Never at the right time
Never vehicles (present or on wheels) when you need them! Nothing found at the station.. nothing found on the road to reach the city... brief!! Help... Interesting price... no overpriced deposit ... It could be interesting, if half of the park was not in very poor condition (no more pedals, saddle, blocked engine... However, he remained in the same place for several days, without being removed from traffic... Too bad!

CHARGED ME EXTRA
I was charged extra because the app wasn't allowing me to stop the ride. All my friends ended their ride, got charged 17, meanwhile I was charged double. First time using the app and was disappointed.

Great step. Too bad the Ludo trail was not accessible by scooter. That would have been handy: lung problems.

Rip off. Be careful with it. No clear info about your credit

Worst experience ever! Tryed to lock my ride for over 12min. Have the screen shot of proof. The GPS was pointing other place. I left the place with the ride open.

very expensive

I was double charged two days ago and have had to reach out to support multiple times. They haven't been listening as this isn't a pre auth issue. I was charged the pre auth and for two rides at the same time. This overdrafted my account and has now cost me $50 to ride a scooter 1.2 miles in no traffic (the ride total should have been under $8) After being told I was incorrect multiple times, someone looked deeper and found the issue and issues about $10 in ride credits. I need a refund.
