Over charged
I was charged $18 for a 30 min ride because I didn't select 30 mins value. I'm never riding Bird again. Uber is cheaper!

Lack of Transparency in Ride Time & Billing
I've been using Bird's ride pass for two months, which costs $6.55 (with taxes) in California. •1st Month: 20 rides, 30 days, 5 minutes free, no unlocking or compliance fees. •2nd Month: 20 rides, 30 days, only 3 minutes free, plus $1 unlocking fee and $0.50 compliance fee per ride. The biggest issue, however, is the lack of transparency in ride time tracking. •No start or end time shown: The app charges based on ride duration but only displays a rounded-up total time—not the actual start and end times. I've seen rides of 3:22 or 3:30 minutes being rounded up to 4 minutes, leading to overcharges. •No chance to review ride details: After ending a ride, the screen immediately jumps to the payment page, making it impossible to properly review or screenshot the ride report. •Unfair rounding system: If Bird is charging by the minute, they should clearly show exact timestamps instead of rounding up in a way that inflates charges. This lack of transparency is unacceptable for a paid service. Bird needs to provide full ride details before charging users. Until then, I do not recommend this app.

Stay away from them like fire!
This company's scooters are insanely dangerous! Unstable, they suddenly stop moving without warning, you press the gas and it doesn't move! It caught me in the middle of a busy road, I could have been run over!

Good but there is just one problem
Unfortunately, many times we simply cannot park because the GPS is wrong and has bugs. There are no marks on the ground for us to know where the parking lots are, as the map is the GPS from Birds, it has bugs.

Good bikes. Bad app
It's nice having the option of bikes but the app itself often crashes or won't let you park even if you're in the right zone.

They consistently cheat people by marking perfect parking spots as no park zone. Very often results in me delaying ride end in favor of being on time for meetings
